What's Evidence Mode?

Evidence Mode is our default approach — you reference documents without uploading them to Ordiva. We track attestations, create audit trails, and maintain accountability. It's included in all plans.

When do I need Document Custody?

Document Custody mode is for organizations that need Ordiva to store, manage, and maintain legal custody of their documents. It includes encryption, retention policies, and chain-of-custody tracking. Available on GO, PLUS, and PRO plans.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Mode transitions (Evidence → Custody) require a formal agreement.

How do I get started?

Simply register and choose a plan. The FREE plan is always free with no time limit. Paid plans activate immediately once payment is confirmed.

How do payments work?
